2017/01/29 – Hydro Stockyards

Tuning out the world for a bit, and walking down another hydro corridor today.

Conifer-lined and stream-straddling infrastructure.

Gardiner inspired building construction.

The Stockyards is cool, pays homage to area history. Still too car centric and ped hostile with the 512 right there.

Another nice view over the lines.

Walked to the foot of Keele. Expected a cul-de-sac, pleasantly surprised. Walked a bit, dismayed it dead-ended at rail line with no fence.

Back on corridor, weaving past a playground to a hydro junction.

Steps to a non-existent platform.
