2017/01/14 – Utility Spit

Out for a hike today. This view has already significantly changed in the last 5-10 years.

It’s amazing to see how this view is changing, and knowing the proposals in the pipe that will drastically change it more.

This new Waterfront Toronto treatment behind condos on Pier 27 (Yonge/Queens Quay) is surprisingly hidden.

The Pier 27 condos are pretty cool. Refreshing to not have boring glass rectangles on our waterfront.

Industrial behemoth adjacent to the ball game.

The TTC has finished landscaping and a view window at its Leslie barns.

Made a bench.
